An intruder gained access to a server containing the information of current and former NASA personnel, including social security numbers. Possible insider abuse!

EU diplomatic communications hacked for years

Thousand of diplomatic cables have been intercepted, over a period of several years. Breach discovered by a private security firm and evidence evidently points to Chinese hackers.
