The current situation surrounding COVID-19 is unprecedented. Each of us is still learning how to function in this new, challenging reality. It seems that this pandemic will affect every corner of our global economy. However, a supportive and united attitude will go some way to minimizing the damage.
As a company, we’re monitoring the development of this dramatic situation carefully. We’re trying to make reasonable decisions to keep our whole Fudo family safe. At the same time, we’re maintaining our responsibility as a leading IT security vendor in implementing secure remote access environments.
We have decided that all Fudo Security Inc. employees in all our offices will work remotely until further notice. Luckily, we’re prepared for this adjustment. Our internal procedures, as well as the entire IT infrastructure have been ready for home-office mode for many months. We’re ready for all possibilities, and our efficiency and performance will remain constant regardless of the situation. Rest assured that all of the company’s departments remain operational and at your disposal.
In accordance with government recommendations, we suggest that all meetings (sales meetings, deployments, and technical interventions) are conducted through online tools. Extreme cases, where remote tools don’t suffice, will be considered on an individual basis to ensure that company business does not interfere with employee health and safety.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation in following the advice and instructions set out by international experts, health authorities and other governmental institutions.
We are aware that, due to the sudden and rapid spread of the virus, our current and potential customers may look for secure remote access tools that can be deployed immediately. To meet these expectations, we have decided to introduce a 3-month subscription model for Fudo PAM.
All new and existing customers are eligible to purchase a Fudo PAM instance as part of our new subscription model (either cloud-based or on-site virtual environment deployment) and use it for a period of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. The subscription includes a complete feature set, technical support (standard or premium) and an unlimited number of cluster nodes to handle even the most demanding environments.
Due to the unprecedented burden on key areas of our society – schools, universities, and the global healthcare providers, in particular, we have decided to offer a fully-featured 6-months license to organizations and companies in these sectors, completely free of charge.
